Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 16, 2026 · Last updated: July 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BlackFrame Studio ("BlackFrame," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit blackframe.pro (the "Site") or engage our services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit our contact form or otherwise reach out to us, we collect the information you choose to share, which may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company or project name
  • Preferred contact method and the corresponding handle (email address, Telegram username, X handle, or WhatsApp number)
  • Project details, budget range, and the contents of your message

When you become a client, we may additionally collect information necessary to deliver services and process payments, such as billing details, project briefs, and materials you provide to us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting and analytics infrastructure may automatically collect standard technical data, including:

  • IP address and approximate location (country/city level)
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, referring URLs, and time spent on the Site

The Site is hosted on Vercel, which may process server logs as part of providing hosting services.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information such as your IP address (processed in truncated/anonymized form where supported), device and browser information, pages visited, session duration, and approximate location. This information is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers that may be located in the United States and other countries. We use this data only in aggregate form to analyze Site traffic and improve the Site — we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

You can learn how Google processes this data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by declining analytics cookies where a consent option is offered.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes
  • Communicate with you through your preferred contact method
  • Deliver, manage, and invoice for our services
  • Improve the Site and our service offerings
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Visitors)

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal data on the following bases: your consent (when you submit the contact form and when you accept analytics cookies), performance of a contract (when we deliver services to you), and our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site, responding to inquiries, and maintaining business records).

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate our business:

  • Service providers. We use third-party infrastructure to run the Site and communicate with you, such as hosting (Vercel), analytics (Google Analytics), email delivery, and messaging platforms (Telegram, X, WhatsApp) when you choose them as your contact method. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
  • Project delivery. If your project requires third-party tools or platforms (e.g., AI generation tools, deployment platforms), materials you provide may be processed by those tools as necessary to deliver the work. We will not share confidential materials beyond what the project requires.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. International Transfers

BlackFrame Studio operates internationally, and our service providers — including Vercel and Google — may be located in different countries (including the United States). By using the Site or engaging our services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, typically no longer than 12 months after our last interaction unless we enter into a client relationship. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and thereafter as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@blackframe.pro. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

8. Cookies

The Site uses two categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential cookies — necessary for the Site to function. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics (e.g., _ga, _ga_*) to distinguish visitors and measure Site usage, typically persisting for up to two years.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Where required by law (including for visitors from the EEA and UK), analytics cookies are set only after you give consent through the cookie notice, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect how the Site functions.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and platforms (e.g., portfolio hosts, social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
